If you have bumped into her in Reunion Island or during one of her festival tours of Europe, you must certainly would have been impressed : Nathalie Natiembé is a phenomenon. A character whose calibre shapes the stories later told from generation to generation. Nathalie and her all star band are not performing Reunion Island's traditional music, maloya, rather they have blended it with rock, electro and soul.
